Track My Goals With Me

What are my goals? Right now, my biggest goal is health.  For the purpose of this blog, I will measure it in fat loss, muscle gain, and clothing sizes.  I am not putting dates on these goals because I am not really sure what my body can do and this is life for me - not just a quick fix.  Starting Weight:  255 pounds
