In May 2010, at 36 years old, I decided to do something drastic to regain my health. I joined Crossfit -100 pounds overweight and woefully out of shape. Can Crossfit really work with anyone? Watch and see.
My very favorite part of the day is the ride home from Crossfit. I roll the windows down, turn the music up and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment - all done by 7:00 a.m.
